To ensure the quality of each jersey sold, our team is responsible for checking every detail for guaranteed satisfaction. Your order will therefore be processed within 1 to 2 business days for quality control, preparation and shipping . For flocked jerseys, it takes an additional 1 to 2 business days .
The secure shipping time from our supplier to France is 8 to 14 working days including customs clearance . A tracking number will be provided to you by email once your order has been processed to follow the delivery of your ICON FOOT package live.
For personalized orders , add 2 to 4 additional working days .
Every shipment is guaranteed, and we offer reshipment or immediate refunds for any non-delivery or significant delay. Our customer service team is available 7 days a week.
- Hand wash : This is the safest method. Use cold or warm water and a mild detergent.
- Machine Wash : If using a washing machine, turn the jersey inside out and use a delicate cycle with cold water. Avoid using hot water as this could damage the prints.
- Avoid chemicals : Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as they can damage the fabric and prints.
- Drying : Air dry in the shade. Avoid machine drying and direct sunlight to prevent fading and warping.
- Ironing : If necessary, iron at a low temperature inside out and avoid ironing directly on prints or logos.
